Terms of service

1. Parties

The agreement is between you as customer and Profectify LLC (Delaware, USA) as provider. PazaAI is a product operated by Profectify LLC.

2. Services

PazaAI provides AI visibility analysis of websites, automated recommendations and email reports as described on pazaai.com.

3. Trial

7-day free trial with no commitment. You are not charged during the trial. If you start a paid plan, your card is collected at checkout and first charged when the trial ends — cancel anytime before then.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscription renews monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency (USD), exclusive of any local VAT or sales tax — you're responsible for self-assessment in your home jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at next renewal — no refund of current period.

6. Acceptable use

You may only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan. We reserve the right to close accounts that use the service for scraping or competitor espionage without consent.

7. Intellectual property

We own the platform and code. You own your data and reports. You have a personal license to use reports internally and with clients.

8. Liability

Our recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee specific ranking results in Google or AI answers. Total liability is limited to the last 12 months of subscription payments.

9. Governing law and venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts. EU consumers retain non-waivable consumer rights under EU law.
